As a freelance Exam Paper Evaluator at Munna's Academy, I am responsible for grading and assessing exam papers for students from Class 6 to Class 10, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and constructive feedback. My role requires deep attention to detail and strong subject knowledge, helping students understand their strengths and areas of improvement. I collaborate closely with academic staff to maintain consistent evaluation standards and uphold the institution's commitment to academic excellence.
Planned and executed a 10-minute cultural program for the 7th Reunion of the Karnaphuli Ex Cadet Association, featuring new cadets. The program included acting, dance, music, and poetry recitation, reflecting the values and memories of cadet life. I led the creative direction, trained performers, managed rehearsals, and ensured a seamless stage experience under a tight deadline. The performance was well-received and praised by senior guests and ex-cadets.
As the IT Manager, I led the development, implementation, and maintenance of the academy's entire digital ecosystem. I played a key role in building and managing Munna's Academy's online infrastructure—from its interactive website to a fully automated class and examination system.
In my role as a Web Developer for MA General Hospital and Diagnostic Centre, I was responsible for designing and developing a modern, responsive website to enhance the hospital's online presence and improve patient engagement.
As the CEO and founder of Physixtry, an educational platform dedicated to making physics accessible and engaging for students, I have played a central role in the company's strategic direction, growth, and overall success. My primary goal has been to provide high-quality educational resources that empower students to understand and appreciate physics through innovative and interactive learning tools.
After demonstrating my talents and skills, I was appointed as the Department Head of the Cultural Department by my platoon senior. In this role, I currently serve as the cultural instructor, guiding cadets to excel in cultural activities and ensuring they deliver outstanding performances during camps.
During my second BNCC camp as Corporal, I was appointed as the Regiment Cultural Sergeant (RCS), responsible for overseeing over 250 cadets, Lance Corporals, and Corporals. In this role, I successfully assembled and led a cultural team to represent our regiment. Our performance was well-received, earning praise from both peers and superiors.
On 5th August 2024, as the government falled and national uncertainty gripped the streets, I was appointed under BNCC to lead ground-level emergency operations in Chattogram from 7th August to 15th August, 2024. With over 10 cadets under my command, I was responsible for maintaining traffic flow and ensuring public safety in two of the city's busiest zones - Kazir Dewri and Goni Bakery Circle.
During my 3-month contract as a Web Developer at Chevron Clinical Laboratories Limited, I played a key role in developing and optimizing their website to improve user experience and streamline patient interactions with the laboratory services.
On 21st December 2023, I took part in an emergency operation with a officer to apprehend a wildlife smuggler trafficking rare birds.
This incident reflects my dedication to wildlife conservation, quick action under pressure, and coordination with law enforcement authorities.
On 12th June, 2023, I was assigned by Cadet Under Officer Masum Jamshed Sir to oversee security operations in civil dress during a confidential high-profile wedding event of a leading industrialist's son at Radisson Blu.
As a dedicated Physics Instructor at Academic Care by Jewel Sir, I was responsible for teaching and guiding over 100 students through the complexities of Physics at the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) level. My role involved creating engaging lesson plans, providing one-on-one support, and implementing effective teaching methods that ensured students achieved exceptional academic results, with many attaining A+ grades in their HSC exams.
